I love cooking, I really enjoy it, but I don’t always get lots of opportunities to cook. Or when I do I tend not to be cooking something particularly noteworthy.
But I was delighted to use spices from my new masala dabba (spice box) for the first time yesterday!
I got my shiny new masala dabba as a gift from my partners mum, who has been teaching me some of her wonderful family recipes.
Unfortunately the food I chose to make (tandoori chicken with coconut rice) was gone far too quickly to photograph. Next time I’ll try stave off the starving masses long enough to snap a few quick pictures.
